Choose Apple Menu > System Preferences and select the Sound preferences panel. The 2.x.x installer does not require restarting the computer. Good success using Logic Pro X and Soundflower with Jamulus dmg?Īny hints would be highly appreciated. How did you install Jamulus? Did you do anything else than just running the. Meters are not lighting up, no matter what input signal I feed in. Unfortunately, I don't seem to receive any input signal. I ran the dmg and I do "see" the various input and output channels that I created in the Jamulus settings. But there's other routers like Blackhole (free) or Loopback (payed). I know that Soundflower is not supported under Catalina, as this is 32bit only. Jim, I'm having a hard time trying to get Jamulus to work on my 2019 Macbook Pro, running Catalina.

Generally the apps prompt for permission to access the microphone when they are first run.
Jamulus and any other apps that need to access audio inputs needs to appear checked here. If you’re not receiving any input, its probably because the app does not have access to the microphone - see System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Microphone These allow you to configure virtual audio devices for specific apps as well as hardware and provide more flexible routing options.
